Accounts Receivable Specialist II

📋 Description

• Review AR balances and investigate issues impacting cash flow.
• Research claim, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Assist with payment posting, cash application, reconciliations.
• Review payer activity to identify trends delaying payment.
• Support billing-related activities to ensure claims are processed.
• Partner with Billing and internal teams to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years AR, billing, finance, or analytics experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; identify root causes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
