Accounts Receivable Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and develop team members in the Accounts Receivable department
• Drive continuous process optimization in the Accounts Receivable area
• Ensure correct invoicing and account assignment, handle special cases in Accounts Receivable, and
• Manage the dunning process and communicate with customers and the cash collection agency
• Oversee incoming payments and reconciliation of accounts receivable and bank accounts
• Perform variance analysis and resolve customer invoice issues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training plus additional qualifications in accounting, such as a
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable within an international company
• Experience in automating and digitalizing accounting processes
• Very good proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of European VAT regulations
• Very good German and English skills
