Accounts Receivables Manager

📋 Description

• Participates and makes recommendations in the selection, training, development, and compensation
• Manages, motivates, and develops associates to become functional and effective members of the team
• Develops, reviews, and monitors performance goals within each department and is accountable for
• Facilitates interaction within the departments assigned as well as fosters communication throughout
• Prepares and conducts Employee Performance Reviews and Corrective Action Plans. Assists in the
• Monitor and perform Quality Assurance checks with customers

🎯 Requirements

• AA or AS in Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from an accredited
• BA or BS degree preferred
• Proficient knowledge of accounting theories
• High level of proficiency with Excel and Word. Knowledge of Great Plains is helpful but not required
• Able to interact with multiple levels of employees
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
