ACH Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across systems and partners.
• Monitor end-to-end money movement to ensure accurate processing.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with internal teams and banks.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reconciliation workflows.
• Manage merchant authorization processes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Support customer and merchant inquiries with timely, professional assistance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial operations, fintech, banking, or accounting.
• Proven experience with reconciliation, transaction balancing, and financial processes.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, electronic money movement, and payment processing.
• Familiarity with ACH networks and payment workflows.
• Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules and ACH compliance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
