📋 Description

  • Develop and execute lifecycle programs to reactivate churned users.
  • Convert new leads via owned channels: email, push, in-app, SMS.
  • Lead strategy and execution with data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Finance.
  • Define lifecycle KPIs and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Utilize Braze and in-house tools to deliver campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle/CRM, analytics, or data-driven marketing.
  • Hands-on with user acquisition, lead gen, conversions, and channels.
  • Experience owning lifecycle programs end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.
  • Experience designing testing strategies and A/B tests.
  • Strong project management to handle multiple programs.
  • Strong Excel and basic SQL for self-serve data pulls.
  • Familiarity with Braze or similar tool; Asana or JIRA a plus.
