📋 Description

• Follow up on leads; value properties; analyze comps; acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform due diligence on acquisitions; prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs; determine ARV and as-is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers on properties
• Remote role; occasional in-person meetings with prospects

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office)
• Proven quota attainment via phone sales
• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
