• Lead acquisition strategy across Sportsbook and Casino products.
• Drive customer growth and optimize promotional investment.
• Deliver data-driven insights to inform senior leadership decisions.
• Partner with Marketing Operations, Retention, Product, and Finance teams.
• Manage and develop Acquisition Strategy Associate.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, finance, marketing, or commercial roles.
• Commerce or quantitative field degree with strong GPA.
• Experience managing and coaching a team.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Commercial, Brand, Ops, Finance, Analytics, VIP.
• Proactive in delivering results.
• B2C experience with strong consumer behavior understanding.
