📋 Description

Source and evaluate real estate acquisition and development opportunities
Lead underwriting and financial modeling to assess investment viability
Oversee due diligence
Analyze project needs to align costs, projections, and profits
Perform site evaluations and recommend site selections
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of milestones

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related fields; MSRE a plus
5–7 years in real estate development or related fields
Strong understanding of entitlements, design, permitting and construction
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; MS Project a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
