Active Trader Consultant

📋 Description

• Identify and qualify high-value active trader prospects through outbound calling, email campaigns
• Work an extensive existing lead funnel and partner with our Data & Insights team to continue
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospects' trading strategies, volume, preferred
• Present solutions highlighting tastytrade's competitive advantages
• Deliver compelling demos of our trading platforms, including order types, margin capabilities
• Position our functionality effectively against competitors' offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in client service, relationship management, platform sales, or
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, metrics-driven, trader-first culture
• Attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and laser-sharp accuracy
• Deep passion for delivering world-class client service and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong sales and relationship management skillset
