📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive recreational and social assessments on time to evaluate participants'
• Designs and leads therapeutic group activities to support participants' physical, cognitive
• Creates the Center's monthly calendar of activities designed to engage all participants.
• Provides support in identifying community resources that could support the recreational and social
• Coordinates with Physical and Occupational Therapists to incorporate restorative maintenance goals
• Contribute to IDT care planning by sharing assessment findings, creating SMART goals based on

🎯 Requirements

• One (1) to three (3) years of experience providing recreational therapy or activity programming to
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate daily activities and socialization programs that support
• Experience conducting initial and periodic recreational and social assessments and documenting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to participate as an active, core
• Ability to adapt activity formats and delivery methods to meet diverse cognitive levels, physical
