📋 Description

• Support underwriters to evaluate individual risks by analyzing third-party-data and identifying
• Assist with the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports (e.g., Excel, Domo, SQL, or
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis and research to provide actionable insights that inform underwriting
• Partner with Specialty Property leaders on special projects related to pricing, portfolio strategy
• Assist in preparing presentations and materials for leadership meetings and client discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering, Data Analytics
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Intermediate skills in Excel required; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
• AI experience or coursework (e.g., applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or
