📋 Description

• Own reserving processes and Solvency II calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all
• Contribute to key financial reporting deliverables — including SFCR, RSR, ORSA, and QRTs — working
• Build and refine AI-driven workflows that make traditional actuarial work faster, leaner, and more
• Identify trends in data, translate them into clear insights, and communicate findings that inform
• Continuously raise the bar on actuarial compliance and professional standards as Lemonade grows

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of non-life actuarial experience, ideally with a focus on personal lines
• A Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Econometrics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with reserving and Solvency II capital requirement calculations
• Familiarity with data science tools like Python or R, and a genuine comfort working alongside AI
• Experience in financial reporting for regulated insurers
• The ability to take complex results and communicate them clearly to management and stakeholders
