📋 Description

• Learn and assist with ad integrations (SDKs, mediation, placements).
• Build operational automations: reporting scripts, alerts, data pipelines.
• Explore serving logic: review app-side ad logic and prototypes.
• Analyze monetization metrics (eCPM, fill rate, show rate, ARPDAU) to derive insights.
• Support A/B testing: run, monitor, and analyze tests.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, UA, and data teams to align tech with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Solid programming fundamentals; Python and SQL are day-to-day.
• Comfortable with data; turn messy datasets into insights.
• Clear written and verbal English; explain technical ideas clearly.
• Curious about AI; eager to apply it in daily work.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and reliable; follow issues until resolved.
