Ad Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with DSPs, SSPs, brands, agencies, and other
• Evaluate, coordinate, and execute Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Private Marketplaces (PMPs), and
• Respond to ad hoc programmatic inquiries, investigate delivery and performance issues, and
• Improve approval workflows, ad trafficking processes, and integration procedures across advertising
• Collaborate with partners to maximize outcomes for publishing partners, identify optimization
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with demand partners, evaluate performance, and develop

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of client-facing experience in digital advertising, ad operations, programmatic
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and familiarity with other ad servers or supply-side
• Understanding of programmatic advertising architecture, demand-side platforms, supply-side
• Familiarity with RFPs, PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed deals, partner integrations, and campaign
• Basic understanding of product or project management principles, including planning
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail, along with a
