📋 Description

• Model Design: Architect, build, and maintain complex Workday Adaptive models.
• Sheet & Element Creation: Design standard sheets with IT.
• System Optimization: Improve performance, data integrity, and scalability.
• Integration Management: Manage ERP/CRM/HRIS data integrations.
• Financial Scenarios: Build driver-based forecasts and long-range plans.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create executive reports and dashboards in Adaptive.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) experience.
• Strong FP&A or Corporate Finance/Financial Accounting background.
• Adaptive Modeling: build cube models, complex formulas, version control.
• Office Connect and Adaptive Discovery Dashboards proficiency.
• Advanced Excel + relational DB/data warehousing concepts.
• MBA in Finance or equivalent; Workday certification preferred; SQL/Power BI/Tableau experience.
