Administration Copay Assistants (Bilingual - Fluent in French)

📋 Description

• Receive, scan, review, and document relevant clinical and patient information in accordance with
• Enter and maintain accurate information in program-specific databases and quality management
• Review patient information within databases and ensure documentation meets established client and
• Attach Post Infusion Reports to relevant databases to support patient assistance and drug safety
• Communicate directly with internal and external clients to request additional information
• Sort, file, review, and process incoming faxes, documents, and other relevant communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a science-related graduation with 6 months to 1 year of experience for candidates
• Recent graduates with a strong academic background and fluency in French and English are also
• Diploma or degree with a concentration in Life Sciences is considered a strong asset.
• Previous knowledge or experience in the pharmacovigilance industry is an asset.
• Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is beneficial.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset.
