  • General administrative tasks: filing, travel & expense reports, phone support
  • Liaise with Fort Worth professionals to schedule client/outside advisor meetings
  • Assist with presentations, procedural docs, operation manuals, and workflow charts
  • Gather raw data and develop analyses to create reports and visuals
  • Work with client teams to maintain org charts, obtain tax IDs, and prepare tax elections
  • Client onboarding and maintenance: engagement letters, billing reports, invoicing

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Background in legal, financial or accounting industries preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat
  • Professional demeanor; interface with partners and client personnel
  • High integrity and professional ethics
  • Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams
