📋 Description

• Support investor onboarding and servicing for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Deliver accurate investor transactions and client communications across the fund lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, fund managers and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare capital calls and distributions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Address investor and fund manager queries professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with operational activities within agreed service levels and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fund administration or investor services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to learn new systems.
