📋 Description

• Manage high-volume admissions calls with applicants and admitted candidates
• Advise on curriculum, live sessions, AI Labs, and cohort experience
• Guide candidates from decision to enrollment with timely follow-up
• Run employer-sponsorship outreach and provide ROI materials
• Maintain pipeline with notes and timely follow-through
• Share insights with admissions/marketing to sharpen FAQs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in admissions, enrollment advising or phone-forward roles
• 20-30+ meaningful conversations per day on the phone
• Strong writing for a high-volume inbox
• Conversant in AI; able to discuss AI with senior professionals
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities
• Knowledge of executive education and cohort-based programs
