📋 Description

• Full-time home health admissions RN serving adult patients in Kent County
• Integral member of a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitative and skilled nursing care at
• Visits to clients in designated geographic territories as part of care plan execution

🎯 Requirements

• A current DE Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from accredited nursing program; evidence via transcript/diploma
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid EMR/computer skills
