📋 Description

• Recruit eligible and suitable youth for Job Corps Program.
• Interface with other outreach contractors and determine student qualifications for enrollment in
• Conduct outreach activities in communities, agencies, American Job Centers, and public events.
• Responsible for meeting departmental and center goals and objectives.
• Conduct orientation and interview with applicants including parent in case of minors.
• Perform applicant files procedures (data entry, scan documents on e-file).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, or related field
• Associate’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, or
• Experience working with diverse youth
• Valid driver's license in state of employment
