📋 Description

• Directly manage a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors, providing coaching and support to help them
• Encourage teamwork and foster a collaborative positive culture within the admissions department.
• Act as both a coach and manager, assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Oversee and support the counselors in managing their pipelines and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure that
