Adobe Application Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Adobe-based solutions for clients.
• Drive adoption of internal Adobe tools and tailor end-to-end experiences.
• Streamline client operations with customized Adobe configurations and automations.
• Own implementation and configuration of new features in Adobe environments per specs.
• Establish rigorous testing to ensure quality of Adobe deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide the team to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in application consulting, marketing tech, CRM, and marketing automation with leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution, configuration, program builds, and marketing automation workflows.
• Subject matter expertise in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Braze, or similar.
• Deep understanding of campaign execution processes: requirements, build, QA, deployment, monitoring, optimization.
• Ability to develop scalable, future-proof campaign solutions and lead design from scratch.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation and solution specs.
