📋 Description

• Lead the Adoption Center strategy, aligning adoption priorities with enterprise transformation
• Oversee core functions covering simulation and validation, insight generation, issue management
• Partner with programs, technology, operations, PX&O, Data Management, Reporting, Knowledge
• Develop Adoption Business Plans that translate insights, risks, lessons learned, and adoption
• Leverage data, performance measures, and operational insights to identify risks, strengthen
• Represent the Adoption Center in governance forums, program discussions, and operational reporting

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 8+ years of experience in operational transformation, business process improvement, quality and
• 5+ years of people management experience, including leadership of large teams and strategic
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives within complex business environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational insights
• Ability to influence senior leaders, build stakeholder alignment, and communicate recommendations
