Adoption Strategist - Europe

📋 Description

• Drive adoption by building scalable implementation and enablement processes.
• Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs platforms.
• Proactively audit prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps.
• Track adoption metrics and partner with Revenue Ops to create data-driven playbooks regionally.
• Collaborate with Account Management and CX to run regional workshops and webinars.
• Align adoption strategy across the customer journey with partners and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in implementation/solutions consulting or tech TAM at a SaaS/AI-native company
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Built adoption-focused programs: onboarding tracks, playbooks, self-serve content
• Systems-thinking with AI automation and workflows
• Highly analytical; tracks trends and derives insights to inform strategy
• Able to drive cross-functional work without direct authority
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business at mid-market/commercial
• English fluency required; second European language desirable
