Adoption Strategist - India

📋 Description

• Drive adoption with scalable implementation and enablement.
• Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs, ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative.
• Proactively audit customer prompts and configurations and share recommendations.
• Track adoption metrics with RevOps to build data-driven playbooks regionally.
• Partner with Account Management and CX for regional workshops and webinars.
• Engage with external partners and internal teams to unify adoption across journey.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in implementation/solutions consulting/engineering in SaaS/AI-native firms.
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products.
• Track record building adoption programs: onboarding tracks, scaled playbooks, self-serve content.
• Think in systems and build automations/workflows with AI tools.
• Extremely analytical; identify trends and opportunities to standardize best practices.
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority with RevOps and GTM.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business at mid-market or commercial scale.
• Fluency in English is essential.
