• Work with corporate and midmarket customers to drive core-use adoption at scale.
• Be deeply technical and a product expert for ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.

• Focus areas: scalable implementations, enablement, and data-driven adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in implementation/solutions consulting at a technical SaaS/AI-native company
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Track record building onboarding, playbooks, and self-serve content for adoption
• Systems thinking with a bias for automation and AI workflow tooling
• Extremely analytical; identify trends and derive insights for strategy
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, GTM
