Adoption Strategist - Middle East

📋 Description

• Drive adoption for core use case with scalable enablement.
• Be product expert for ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative; learn fast.
• Audit customer prompts/configs and share recommendations.
• Track adoption metrics; partner with RevOps to build playbooks.
• Collaborate with Account Management and CX for regional workshops.
• Align with external partners and internal teams to unify adoption strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in implementation/solutions consulting/engineering or TAM at a tech SaaS/AI company.
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products.
• Track record building adoption programs: onboarding tracks, playbooks, self-serve content.
• Systems thinker; automate with AI tools.
• Extremely analytical; identify trends and standardize practices.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business; English fluency required; Arabic a plus.
