📋 Description

• Develop, scale and execute local Ads & Promos strategy with budget ownership
• Identify growth opportunities and translate into actionable commercial plans
• Lead and support strategic B2B conversations, reviews and negotiations
• Coach and motivate account managers in ad/promo campaigns with budget discipline
• Collaborate with product, marketing and sales to meet objectives
• Set up, manage and optimize ads and promo campaigns; monitor KPIs with Looker

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian and English
• 2+ years in account management, sales or marketing in data-driven B2B
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex negotiations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence
• Analytical mindset with data-driven campaign optimizations; AI in daily work
• Proficient in Salesforce and Looker for CRM and reporting
• Strong project management and budgeting/forecasting skills
