📋 Description

• Lead the overall effectiveness and evolution of the Paid Advertising department by establishing
• Mentor and support Ads Strategists and Ads Specialists, identify skill gaps, provide constructive
• Support workforce planning, workload distribution, and resource allocation while identifying and
• Identify and test new advertising opportunities, evaluate emerging platform features, lead

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, with the ability to support
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing principles, campaign optimization, advertising analytics
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify growth
• Experience managing competing priorities, team capacity, resource allocation, and department-level
