📋 Description

• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of merchant partners by selling and optimising Sponsored
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Ad Sales Specialists, each managing their own portfolio of
• Set clear individual and team goals, monitor progress, and support the team in building strong
• Balance hands-on sales execution in the personal portfolio with effective people management
• Partner closely with the Account Management team to improve adoption and performance of Ads &amp
• Provide Account Managers with practical training, sales materials, and support on more complex

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Proven experience in managing at least 2–3 projects simultaneously
• Prior team leadership/mentorship experience would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
