📋 Description

• Counsels customers on job search strategies and career planning
• Advises and tracks participation; documents findings with case notes
• Maintains knowledge of occupations to guide placement and services

• Maintains records and prepares documents to program standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology/marketing/business/HR with 2+ years
• Experience in career counseling in high-volume human services
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
• Ability to motivate others; experience with workshops
• Knowledge of job search strategies and community resources
