Provide home health nursing visits to clients in their homes in Charleston area.
Perform assessments, document observations, and implement care plans per physician orders.
Coordinate with Administrator, Scheduler and support staff for smooth onboarding and ongoing care.
On-board with paid orientation and access to ongoing training and development.
Ensure accurate documentation of interventions and client status during every visit.

🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in good standing (state of practice).
Graduation from an accredited nursing program with valid credentials.
Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred.
Ability to travel to client homes on a flexible schedule.
