Adult Private Duty Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide direct 1-on-1 skilled nursing care for an adult client with a thoracic spinal cord injury
• Collaborate closely with on-site home health aides during your shift to maintain a safe, clean, and
• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
• Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
• Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
• Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
• Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
