Triage incoming patients needs, assess their concerns and determine the best course of action
Review medical inquiries from Sollis patients that arrive via email, text or phone, monitor
Follow up with patients after they have been seen by a Sollis Health provider to assess their
Follow up on send-out labs, imaging reports, monitor portals and navigator tasks.
Document clinical evaluation and treatment plans in Sollis’ EHR
Assist patients with hospital admissions and transfers, as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, required. Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program, required. If NP, RN degree
3+ years of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience in emergency medicine, urgent
Must have active license(s) in one or more of the following states: NY, CA and FL. Multiple state
DEA license required
NCCPA or Family Nurse Practitioner certification required
ACLS and PALS certification required
