• Address complex engagement issues at Enterprise/Major accounts
• Communicate technical nuances to align business objectives
• Provide on-site and remote support for advanced use cases
• Partner with the broader account team for short-term engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in the industry with strong multi-domain tech skills
• Experience in Endpoint Security or Incident Response
• Extensive hands-on Tanium experience
• Ability to lead customers and internal teams
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving
• Independent, proactive communicator with executive presence
