Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Bridge product development and production to ensure manufacturability at scale
• Establish robust manufacturing processes and rapid DFMA feedback loops with engineering
• Support in-house development and production activities to achieve production readiness
• Transition from internal production to external contract manufacturers with tooling/docs
• Cross-functional collaboration with Hardware, Supply Chain and Quality to solve challenges
• Drive cost, build time, and quality improvements across production

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialisation, NPI, or Advanced Manufacturing
• Experience with complex electromechanical products in robotics, automotive, or electronics
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and measurement systems
• Experience developing MBOMs, BOPs, PFMEA, and work instructions
• Proven ability to work with design engineers to improve manufacturability
• Strong problem solving across mechanical and electrical systems; fast-paced envs
