• Provide professional investment advice to clients through the inbound call queue, putting their

• Educate clients on investment options and help them make informed decisions aligned with their
• Support clients with portfolio reviews, onboarding, account access, contributions, withdrawals, and
• Apply relevant wealth management strategies and explain their relative strengths and considerations
• Complete sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures and established

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant industry experience, or a post-secondary degree or diploma.
• Completion of the core proficiency requirements for Investment Representative licensing, including
• Familiarity with common wealth management strategies and an understanding of their relative
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to understand client needs and
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a
• Strong client-service orientation and a genuine interest in helping Canadians invest and work
