Advisor Business Insights Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain advisor reporting: health scorecards, dashboards, KPI frameworks
• Own business review support — developing data narratives for coaching conversations
• Identify trends and opportunities across advisors and surface to Fora X
• Enable data-driven coaching via segmentation, growth plans, and AI-assisted next actions
• Build scalable operations around insights: standardized workflows and automated data pulls
• Develop advisor reports showing peers' progress on a similar growth path

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in analytics, insights, BI, or data-driven account management
• Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives for coaching and advisors
• Proficiency with BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau) and large datasets
• Fluency with AI tools for data analysis and insights operations to surface patterns
• Experience supporting client-facing conversations with data — business reviews and planning
• Comfortable building and owning the function independently from day one
