Advisor, Collections (Business to Business)

📋 Description

• Collaborate regularly with offshore teams to support business-to-business collection activities
• Respond promptly and professionally to requests from offshore teams and internal stakeholders
• Initiate, implement, and track escalation procedures when collection activities or offshore
• Conduct regular quality audits of offshore team performance, including call monitoring, performance
• Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions as needed to improve operational
• Assist with onboarding offshore team members by coordinating system access and ensuring they have

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be
• Approximately 3–5 years of business experience, preferably in collections, finance, accounts
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is
• Familiarity with SAP and BusinessObjects is preferred.
• Ability to investigate complex operational issues, identify root causes, evaluate performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with
