• Provide professional investment advice to clients, helping them understand their options and make
• Build trust and long-term client relationships by placing client needs at the center of every
• Support clients primarily through an inbound contact center environment, handling
• Conduct portfolio reviews and assist with onboarding, account access, contributions, withdrawals
• Understand each client's financial circumstances, investment objectives, and needs to deliver
• Complete sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures, regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant industry experience, or a post-secondary degree or diploma.
• Completion of the core proficiency requirements for investment representative licensing, including
• Familiarity with common wealth management and investment strategies, including an understanding of
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and interpersonal
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple client needs in a fast-paced
• Genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals and making investment concepts
