Advisor Engagement & Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and facilitate high impact advisor learning experiences across virtual and live formats.
• Lead advisor-facing training sessions, workshops, and educational programming to support growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify advisor needs and deliver timely support.
• Build strong relationships with advisors; provide business-building guidance and best practices.
• Refine training content based on advisor feedback and evolving priorities.
• Support key moments in the advisor lifecycle with coaching and resources to help success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience; 2+ years as a travel advisor.
• Experience leading training, learning, or educational programming.
• Strong understanding of growing a travel advisory business.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building.
• Able to work independently and across teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; NYC base or relocation.
