Advisor GIS Lands & ROW

📋 Description

• Maintain, update, and validate GIS datasets related to land parcels, ROW boundaries, agreements
• Edit and manage geospatial data adhering to data governance and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows with Python, ArcPy, FME, and related tools.
• Perform spatial analyses and produce maps, reports, and visualizations for planning and
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to identify and resolve spatial data issues.
• Provide technical GIS support to internal stakeholders with timely mapping solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, or related field, or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience with ArcGIS Pro/ArcGIS Enterprise in production.
• Strong understanding of GIS data structures, geodatabases, coordinate systems, and geoprocessing.
• Experience maintaining/editing spatial datasets (parcels, boundaries, attributes).
• Proficiency with Python scripting (ArcPy), ESRI ModelBuilder, FME, or similar GIS automation tech.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and data quality focus with attention to detail.
