Advisor GIS Lands & ROW

📋 Description

• Maintain, update, and validate GIS datasets for land parcels, ROW boundaries, and other spatial
• Edit and manage geospatial data ensuring governance, mapping specs, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows with Python, ArcPy, FME, and related tools.
• Perform spatial analyses and produce maps, reports, and visuals for planning and decision-making.
• Conduct QA/QC to identify and resolve spatial data issues and topology problems.
• Provide technical GIS support to internal stakeholders with timely mapping solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, or related field, or equivalent
• At least 4 years using ArcGIS Pro/ArcGIS Enterprise in production.
• Strong understanding of GIS data structures, geodatabases, coordinates, spatial referencing, and
• Experience maintaining/editing land parcels, boundaries, and attribute data.
• Proficiency with Python scripting (ArcPy preferred), ESRI ModelBuilder, or FME for automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data quality skills.
