• Support product sales as technical/domain expert for client-facing team
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demo products
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements for value
• Share best practices and reusable assets to improve efficiency
• Support marketing events including executive briefings and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decisions, or problem-solving
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions
• Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and services
• Territory management skills, including pipeline building
• Travel as necessary
