📋 Description

• Design scalable, performant apps and systems using MongoDB
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization
• Partner with sales to move account strategy and technical discovery
• Generate demand via technical initiatives and events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members

🎯 Requirements

• 8-11 years in customer-facing role, with 5-7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software
• 3+ years experience with Python/Node.js/SQL and/or languages like C/C++, Java, C#
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to review complex architecture with customers and advise improvements
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; travel up to 25%
