🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and professional qualification to practice law in Brazil, including an active OAB
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and consumer protection law, with the ability to apply legal
• Experience analyzing legal proceedings, assessing litigation risks, and preparing technical legal
• Familiarity with legal case management systems and the ability to maintain accurate procedural
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex legal
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, well-structured legal
