🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Postgraduate specialization in Contracts, Digital Law, Business Law, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of corporate
• Practical knowledge of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and its application to
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to understand, review, and negotiate contractual
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills, combined with a proactive
