• Act in contentious and advisory matters involving banking law, representing the interests of
• Prepare legal opinions and responses to client consultations.
• Draft and file pleadings and other procedural documents.
• Monitor judicial proceedings and ensure relevant deadlines and developments are properly followed.
• Attend hearings and conduct meetings with judges' chambers and courts when required.
• Prepare clear and accurate legal and procedural reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Regular registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a lawyer in judicial reorganization matters
• Proven specialization in Business Law and/or Judicial Reorganization.
• Exclusive professional dedication to the role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, persistent, and committed approach to legal work.
