• Monitor and support supplier quality and logistics performance to ensure compliance with
• Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing effective
• Conduct operational audits, supplier assessments, and surveillance activities to verify compliance
• Manage and track quality incidents, non-conformities, and improvement actions through to closure.
• Facilitate supplier performance reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of non-conformance management and corrective action processes.
• Experience using structured problem-solving methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, or
• Experience conducting audits, supplier assessments, or operational reviews.
• Ability to analyse performance data and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
